1. Introduction

(“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates www.envole.ai and the Envole software platform (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).
Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to www.envole.ai and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.
We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy constitutes your agreement with us (“Agreement”).
2. Definitions
SERVICE means the www.envole.ai website and the Envole platform operated by Envole Inc.
PERSONAL DATA means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).
USAGE DATA is data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
CUSTOMER DATA refers to any and all information, data, and content that you or your authorized users submit, connect, or allow the Service to access from your third-party tools and knowledge bases. This is your proprietary data.
COOKIES are small files stored on your device (computer or mobile device).
DATA CONTROLLER means a natural or legal person who determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal data are processed. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, we are a Data Controller of your Personal Data.

4. Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
While using our Service, we will ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). This information includes, but is not limited to:

(c) Company name
(d) Billing and payment information
We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by emailing at privacy@envole.ai
AI Training Data Policy
We do not use any of your Customer Data to train any generalized AI or machine learning models whatsoever. Data processed by your AI Personal Assistants is not used for our internal model training. We have agreements with our underlying AI service providers to ensure they are also committed to not training on any data sent via the Envole Service.
Usage Data
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Usage Data”). This may include your computer's IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and other diagnostic data.
Tracking & Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.
5. Use of Data
Envole uses the collected data for various purposes:
(a) to provide, maintain, and secure our Service;
(b) to manage your account and subscriptions;
(c) to notify you about changes to our Service;
(d) to allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service;
(e) to provide customer support;
(f) to gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service;
(g) to monitor the usage of our Service to detect, prevent, and address technical issues;
(h) to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection;
(i) to provide you with news, special offers, and general information about other goods and services we offer, unless you have opted not to receive such information.
6. Retention of Data
We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and to comply with our legal obligations. We will retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes, generally for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service. We retain Customer Data for the duration of your contract with us and will delete it upon termination, as outlined in our Terms.
7. Transfer of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, or country. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. Envole will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
8. Disclosure of Data
We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide, under the following circumstances:
(a) Disclosure for Law Enforcement: Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
(b) Business Transaction: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred.
(c) Service Providers: To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting providers), who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential.
9. Security of Data
The security of your data is critical to us. We use commercially acceptable means, including technical and organizational measures, to protect your Personal Data and Customer Data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
10. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR & Other Regulations)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or other regions with similar data protection laws, you have certain data protection rights. We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data. In certain circumstances, you have the right to access, rectification, objection, restriction, data portability, and to withdraw consent.
11. Payments
We use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., Stripe). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
12. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and, for material changes, via email or a prominent notice on our Service. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
